英検®準1級の合格基準とCSEスコア
英検®準1級の一次試験合格基準CSEスコアは1792です。リスニングはCSEスコアの約3分の1を占め、スコアを底上げするには欠かせないセクションです。
準1級リスニングの構成

Part 1：会話の内容一致選択 攻略法
特徴と難しさ
- ネイティブスピードの自然な会話（職場・家庭・社会問題など）
- 会話の中で「何について話しているか」「どういう結論になったか」を問われる
- 最終発言（ラストターン）に答えが出ることが多い
攻略ポイント
- 放送前の5秒で設問文に目を向ける：問いが「男性の立場を述べているか」「女性の意見か」を事前確認
- 会話全体の「テーマ」を掴む（最初の1〜2往復が鍵）：何について話しているかを最初の発言でつかむ
- 最終発言を特に集中して聞く：「So, I'll...」「That's why I think...」などで答えが出ることが多い
Part 2：文の内容一致選択 攻略法
特徴と難しさ
- 社会・科学・文化・歴史・ビジネスなどの説明文が120〜180語程度で読まれる
- 1文に2問出題される（(A)と(B)）
- 後半(B)の設問は「文全体の結論・意義」を問うことが多い
攻略ポイント
- 設問を先に読む（30〜40秒の準備時間を活用）：「According to the passage...」の後の主語・目的語を把握してから聞く
- 固有名詞・数字・時制の変化を拾う：「In 2020... / Recently... / As a result...」など情報の転換点をメモする
- (A)は前半・(B)は後半に答えがある：パッセージの前半で(A)の答えを、後半で(B)の答えを拾う
Part 3：Real-Life形式 攻略法
特徴と難しさ
- 「状況説明（Situation）」が問題用紙に印刷されている
- 電話のメッセージ・施設のアナウンス・留守電などの実生活シーン
- 「あなたはどうすべきか（What should you do?）」が問われる
攻略ポイント
- Situationを先に読んで「自分の目的」を把握する：例：「You want to visit the museum on Sunday afternoon.」→ 日曜午後に関する情報だけに集中
- 目的と関係のない情報は聞き流す：全情報を処理しようとすると混乱する。Situationに書かれた条件に合う情報だけを選別
- 「ただし〜」「例外として〜」に注意：「except on Sundays」「not available after 3 p.m.」のような例外・条件が正解につながることが多い

効果的なリスニング練習法
シャドーイング（最重要）
英語音声を聞きながら、ほぼ同時に声に出して追いかける練習です。準1級レベルの音声を使い、最初はスクリプトを見ながら、慣れたらスクリプトなしで行います。毎日10〜15分、4〜6週間続けることで英語の処理速度が上がります。
ディクテーション
音声を聞きながら全文を書き取る練習です。「聞こえているつもり」になっている弱点を発見できます。特に準1級では機能語（前置詞・冠詞・代名詞）の聞き取りミスが多いため、これらを意識的に確認します。
準1級対応教材での反復
英検®準1級の過去問や公式問題集を使い、正解・不正解に関わらず全文スクリプトを読み、音声と照合します。「なぜ間違えたか」の原因分析が上達の鍵です。
